FINISHED Prayer Quilt

It’s been 2 months since we started the prayer quilt & it’s finally done. You can read all about the beginning process of the quilt here. That’s 2 months of praying the whole time tying knots. Wait till you see the photo, that’s a LOT of knots… a LOT of prayer.

Here’s the finished center patch that I “embroidered” (I feel bad using that word because anyone who actually embroiders will probably feel ill looking at this. But it got the look we were going for so that’s all that counts!)

With the fleece lining & t-shirts this blanket is SUPER comfy. Hopefully it will remind our friend how much we love her & give her sense of comfort when times get tough… that’s what it’s all about.  So here’s Erin, Emily & Lauren with the final blanket.

Bye bye! I know you’re going to a good home, blanket.
